Exhibitor Checklist

Vendor Checklist for all Applicants

  • Completed application with signature
  • Payment Check, including booth fees, electricity fees
  • Jury Fee Check ($10 x categories) if applicable
  • Photographs of products wishing to sell.Please provide at least one photo of booth/display. May be color prints or digital images. Will not be returned unless requested at the festival. Images can be e-mailed to sbaker@troycable.net
  • Description of products wishing to sell

Food Vendors are also required to submit these items with application:

  • Copy of health permit(s)
  • Menu with price list
  • At least one photograph of set up

Deadline For Application

Calls for Entries is immediate, applications must be received by MARCH 1, 2008. Notification of Acceptances will be postmarked no later than MARCH 31, 2008.

Fees

  • $10 jury fee separate check, previous exhibiting artists waived
  • $10 for each additional jury category(s), jury fee non-refundable
  • $100 per artists booth space 10’w x15’d, outdoor, includes vending permit
  • $50 for additional spaces. (can not be shared or juried with separate artists)
  • $150 per commercial food vendor space
  • $25 electricity (Only One 115 Volt 15 Amp Circuit per booth)
    Vendors responsible for power cords (50’-100’all weather suggested).

Cancellation Policy

An application is a commitment to exhibit if accepted. No refunds will be made for cancellation or removal of cause. No refund will be made in case of rain, wind or other natural disasters. Notification of cancellation, for any reason, is appreciated and will be considered for future events. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

Hold Harmless Indemnification Agreement

Must be signed by parent or legal guardian if vendor is under 19 years of age. I/we, the undersigned for and in
consideration of permission and space to participate in TroyFest on April 26th and April 27th, 2008, agree to
identify, hold harmless, and defend the City of Troy, Alabama, its officials, representatives, agents, servant, and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, judgements, liability and expenses, including attorneys fees and litigation expenses, in whole or in part arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with my/our activities preparing for TroyFest, participating in TroyFest or departing from TroyFest.
